Our promise to you
At StillStitch Studio, we promise a deeply personal and prayerful experience with every order. Each piece is custom-made and free-handed to your unique vision. We guarantee that every stitch is intentional and crafted with high-quality materials. While all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, if there is a structural concern upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a potential repair. Please note that we are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Your responsibilities as a customer
As all StillStitch pieces are handcrafted and free-handed, customers acknowledge that slight artistic variations may occur and that all sales are final. Because our process is completely pattern-free, no two pieces will ever be completely identical. Minor variations in stitch tension, drape, and texture are a natural, beautiful hallmark of the artisanal process, reflecting the unique handwork behind every garment. These distinct characteristics ensure your item is a truly one-of-a-kind luxury piece. We ask that our 'StillCare' instructions be followed to preserve the life and quality of your artisan items.
Customization & Revisions
At StillStitch, each piece is free-handed with intentionality. When commissioning a custom order based on an existing style, we bring the distinct design DNA of the original piece into your creation. However, because our process is entirely pattern-free and tailored to your specific yarn and sizing needs, the final garment will not be an identical replica. These natural, artistic evolutions ensure your luxury item is exclusively yours.
To maintain our production timeline, once a color selection is confirmed and the initial deposit is received, changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours. After this window, the design process begins, and color choices are finalized.
Requests for design alterations, style changes, or a complete remake of an item after production has begun will incur additional material and labor fees. StillStitch does not cover the cost of remaking a piece due to a change of personal preference once the initial design features and materials have been agreed upon.
Standard Sizing
Unless a custom size is requested during the consultation, all StillStitch throw/lap blankets are crafted to our signature standard size of 45" x 55". For all 'Made-to-Measure' wearable garments, customers are entirely responsible for providing accurate measurements during the design consultation. StillStitch is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client, and custom items altered or remade due to sizing errors will incur additional labor and material fees. For custom dimensions or measurement guidance, please contact us directly for a personalized quote.
Resolving issues and final sales
StillStitch does not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our 'Weighted Luxury' pieces and the specific measurements provided for 'Made-to-Measure' orders. All sales are final. The 50% deposit required for commissions is non-refundable. We encourage all clients to review our Custom measurement guide carefully before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. If there is a structural defect with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Because our luxury wearables and home goods are bespoke and free-handed without commercial patterns, minor variations in silhouette, drape, and exact stitch features are to be expected and celebrated as part of the artisanal process. These unique, handcrafted characteristics do not qualify an item for a return, refund, or complimentary remake.

Every StillStitch Studio creation is an original work of art, freehanded without the use of patterns to ensure a truly one-of-a-kind fit and drape. All designs, images, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of StillStitch Studio, based in Sacramento, California. These unique, pattern-free concepts may not be replicated, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes. By purchasing, you are investing in original fiber artistry and agree to respect these creative rights.
