At StillStitch Studio, we promise a deeply personal and prayerful experience with every order. Each piece is custom-made and free-handed to your unique vision. We guarantee that every stitch is intentional and crafted with high-quality materials. While all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, if there is a structural concern upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a potential repair. Please note that we are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Your responsibilities as a customer
To ensure the best experience, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear communication during the custom design consultation. By using our site, you agree to provide truthful information for shipping and billing. As all StillStitch pieces are handcrafted and free-handed, customers acknowledge that slight artistic variations may occur and that all sales are final. We ask that our 'StillCare' instructions be followed to preserve the life and quality of your artisan items.
Resolving issues and final sales
StillStitch Studio does not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our 'Weighted Luxury' pieces and the specific measurements provided for 'Made-to-Measure' orders, all sales are final. The 50% deposit required for commissions is non-refundable. We encourage all clients to review our Custom measurement guide carefully before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. If there is a structural defect with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
